The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) team is seeking a Test & Evaluation Engineering Manager to join our team in Berkeley, MO . The selected candidate will be responsible for managing Electrical Fabrication, Assembly, and Lab/Flight Test Technicians in support of Air Dominance, Phantom Works, and Weapons programs.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite at Berkeley, MO. The selected candidate must work onsite.

Position Responsibilities Include:

1. Manage employees performing activities within multiple (2 or more) Engineering disciplines
2. Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals
3. Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements
4. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports
5. Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes
6. Manage, develop, and motivate employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

1. Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science from an accredited institution
2. 3+ years of experience in a lead role as a team-builder or team-leader

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

1. 3+ years of experience with Lean+ and/or Lean 5S
2. Experience in Earned Value Management (EVM)
3. Experience working with business partners to improve design requirements
4. Test and evaluation experience
5. Experience in manufacturing or laboratory environments

Additional Information:

• Salary range: $129,200 – $174,800. Applications accepted until May 15, 2025.
