Boeing Global Services (BGS) Human Resources organization has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Talent Management Partner on our Global Talent Management (GTM) team in Berkeley, MO; Chicago, IL; Jacksonville, FL; Mesa, AZ; Miami, FL; North Charleston, SC; Plano, TX; Renton, WA; Seattle, WA or Tukwila, WA. Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including experienced and senior level specialists to find the best fit for this position.
The Talent Partner will provide strategic support to the BGS Human Resources Team and support initiatives across BGS, at the BGS Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Level and at the Executive Council (ExCo) Level. The selected individual will be a team player, have great project management skills, an eye for attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to deliver materials at all levels to support the BGS business needs.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with Human Resources Business Partners, Human Resources Leadership Team, Enterprise Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and peer teammates
- Develop and execute integrated talent strategies aligned to the BGS Talent Strategy; delivering to business partner needs and creating a service champion culture
- Partner with broader BGS GTM and Enterprise GTM team on talent initiatives such as Executive Movement, Talent Matrix, Succession Management, and ExCo support
- Utilize Project Management skills to lead multiple talent initiatives throughout the calendar year
- Develop senior leadership presentations and interrupt and analyze data
- Drive development and achievement of strategic organization and talent plans, reduce complexities and enhance the value of HR solutions
- Serve as HR knowledge expert, consultant and strategic adviser, working to drive HR goals and objectives from a consistent, enterprise perspective
- Collaborate with HR and functional leadership to understand strategy and talent needs ensuring alignment, reducing redundancy and achieving results
- Partner with the business to help lead the continuation of the transformation journey work while attracting, retaining, and developing the best team and talent
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
- 3+ years of experience working with data analytics
- 3+ years of experience in a role that required project management skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years of experience with talent management processes
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills and high-impact communication style
- Experience in cross-functional leadership where collaborative problem-solving skills and building lasting relationships was imperative
- Experience designing and implementing innovations within a collaborative environment
- Experience attracting, managing, and developing a high performing talent

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Experienced (Level 3): $83,300 – $132,000
Summary pay range for Senior (Level 4): $104,550 – $165,000
