Overview
Supply Chain Graduate – Rotational Graduate Programme 2026 at Boeing. Starting in September 2026, the two-year scheme offers four six-month placements across key supply chain disciplines in different UK locations. The programme emphasizes workplace learning with live projects, cross-team collaboration, and support from colleagues and the Career Starters team.

Responsibilities
- Rotations may involve working in areas including Supplier Management and Procurement, Asset Management and Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Forecasting/Optimisation/Management, and Operational Material Management.
- Support existing contracts and negotiate agreements with suppliers; manage supplier performance and assist the broader programme team with a wide range of activities.
- Support bids and proposals for new opportunities; contribute to supplier-related governance to ensure on-time bid submission.
- Manage a portfolio of parts to ensure on-time delivery, optimise inventory value/volume, and manage obsolescence and disposals to meet predicted demand.
- Support load and capacity forecasting, the delivery of inventory optimisation solutions, and day-to-day management of material preload and availability across UK, Europe and worldwide.
- Provide 24/7 operational material support to commercial airline customers and assist with material shortage management and logistics support.
- Engage directly with mentors, tour facilities across the UK, interact with company leaders, and build a professional network through events.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Essential: Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
- Essential: Studying for a degree or graduated within the last 2 years.
- Preferred: Degree in supply chain, logistics, procurement, business studies, legal, economics, engineering or similar.
- Preferred: Confidence to present/host meetings; strong problem-solving skills; effective communication; forward-thinking and self-motivated mindset.
Additional Information
- The role does not offer sponsorship; locally hired in the UK with eligibility to work in the UK required.
- Security clearance: UK Security Check; 5 years of uninterrupted UK residency may be required prior to application.
