Join to apply for the Supply Chain Graduate – Rotational Graduate Programme 2026 role at Boeing.
Starting in September 2026, the two-year scheme includes four six-month placements across a number of key disciplines, in different UK locations. The scheme provides exposure to a diverse range of supply chain areas, with learning in the workplace through live projects, collaboration across multiple teams and locations, supported by theoretical learning and the Career Starters team.
Rotations may involve working in the following areas:
Responsibilities
- Supplier Management and Procurement within Information Services or aircraft support teams. Responsibilities include:
- Support existing contracts
- Negotiate agreements with existing suppliers
- Manage supplier performance and support the wider programme team with a wide range of activities
- Support bids and proposals for new opportunities
- Possibility to support fixed wing, rotary wing, autonomous systems, information services or government services
- Develop supply chain solutions to meet customer requirements including release and evaluation of RFIs, RFPs
- Support the overall bid and proposal governance process to ensure supply chain milestones for on-time bid submission
- Asset Management and Supply Chain Planning Responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of parts to ensure on-time delivery of material for customer requirements
- Optimising inventory value and volume to minimise investment
- Managing obsolescence and disposals to ensure right materials are stocked to satisfy demand
- Inventory Forecasting, Optimisation and Management Responsibilities include:
- Managing load and capacity forecasting
- Delivering inventory optimisation solutions
- Managing material preload, stocking levels, material availability at various locations and timely procurement
- Operational Material Management Responsibilities include:
- Providing 24/7 operational material support to commercial airline customers
- Supporting material shortage management and aircraft on-ground material and logistics support
- Providing logistics support to move and locate materials for airline customers
Qualifications
- Essential

- Studying a degree or have graduated within the last 2 years
- Preferred
- Degree level qualification in supply chain, logistics, procurement, business studies, legal, economics, engineering or similar
- Confidence or willingness to present and host meetings
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to discuss ideas with stakeholders at all levels
- Forward-thinking mindset and self-motivation
- Effective communication skills
Additional Information
- Important information: This position does not have sponsorship approval. This requisition is for a locally hired position in the UK. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom. Boeing will not sponsor immigration or labour sponsorship for any applicants. Benefits and pay are determined locally.
- Note: The successful candidate will be expected to undergo an Intrusive Security Clearance Process, requiring 5 years of uninterrupted residency in the UK prior to applying.
