The BDUK Vertical Lift Training Solutions Coordinator will coordinate programmatic oversight and training solution development activities to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality, compliant training services. This role supports the establishment of support requirements, cost estimates, SOW breakdowns, master schedules, and implementation plans; supports proposal and manages the currency of technical data and procedures; and delivers governance, status reviews, and stakeholder engagement throughout the training lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of support requirements and technical objectives to meet contract commitments, including: Statement of Work (SOW) breakdowns, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and master scheduling.
- Program implementation and integration plans.
- Support the creation of estimates in support of proposal activities and research integrate product/program lifecycle support activities such as spares provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment and facilities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, status reviews, and program execution reports to stakeholders and governance forums.
- Collect, analyse, and report training performance data, KPIs, and compliance metrics; support cost account management and schedule development.
- Act as liaison in training governance meetings and compliance monitoring activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams; embed Boeing principles and BDUK policies.
