Company: Boeing Defence United Kingdom Limited An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Security Adviser to join Boeing Defence UK at Army Aviation Centre Middle Wallop or Wattisham Flying Station , supporting the UK Rotary Wing Enterprise (RWE). Boeing Defence UK (BDUK) Ltd seeks a security professional, with recent practical experience in a high tempo working environment, to join a growing security team in the UK. Forming part of Boeing’s Global Security Activity, the BDUK Security team provides the full suite of required Government, Corporate security and risk management support an ability to brief and convince at senior management/executive level is a key requirement. Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance. Preferred Qualifications: A recent working knowledge of airfield environments, and relevant regulatory/legislative drivers Practical interview (including statement taking) and report writing skills Experience of Security Audit/Compliance in accordance with ISO or other recognisable standards The successful candidate will likely have a multi-disciplinary security/ law enforcement/ intelligence/ corporate security background, probably at senior supervisory or management level, and a demonstrated ability to operate at high tempo with minimum supervision across diverse areas of professional security competence. A degree/post graduate level qualification is preferable but not essential Applicants with recent UK Defence Security experience, particularly cyber/ information security, and/or related qualifications, will be viewed favourably Conflict of Interest Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
