Boeing Global Services\’ Government Services organization is seeking a Senior Program Management Manager to join our team in Berkeley, MO . This position leads USAF and International Training Services across the C-17 portfolio and will be in a unique position to integrate training activities with sustainment and capability development for the C-17 program.
Position Responsibilities:
- Drives execution of all customer commitments, contract requirements, and internal goals/priorities across C-17 USAF and International Training
- This role has full accountability for C-17 Training portfolio performance, execution, and customer relationships; key collaboration across functions is essential to successful execution in this position
- Manages employees performing business management activities in the area of Program Management
- Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
- Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Manages, develops and motivates employees
- Drives execution of Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) across all aspects of programs
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years’ experience with program management and/or project management over complex programs
- Experience working with and/or managing contractors, subcontractors or suppliers
- Experience leading teams either formally or informally (project leadership)
- Experience integrating and collaborating across functions
- Experience with Cost and Schedule management
- Experience interfacing with and building positive relationships with external customers
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Aircraft Training Systems experience
- Experience with Earned Value Management

Summary Pay Range: 180,200 – 243,800
