We are looking for a Business & Facilities Support Specialist to support Boeing teams based in Lossiemouth. Reporting to the Head of MRO, this role works closely with the Operations Management team in a demanding and varied environment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors and ensuring they are safe and compliant with local regulations
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communication
  • Managing access to Boeing areas and coordinating with the Atlantic Building
  • Processing visitor requests and coordinating planned visits with day‑to‑day operations
  • Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information
  • Ordering and maintaining general office supplies
  • Planning and implementing logistics for internal and external events and meetings
  • Maintaining the Boeing area of the facility in excellent condition
  • Building strong professional relationships with key people in the wider customer community at RAF Lossiemouth

Basic Qualifications

  • Fluent written and spoken English

  • User‑level knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
