We are looking for a Business & Facilities Support Specialist to support Boeing teams based in Lossiemouth. Reporting to the Head of MRO, this role works closely with the Operations Management team in a demanding and varied environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors and ensuring they are safe and compliant with local regulations
- Handling incoming and outgoing communication
- Managing access to Boeing areas and coordinating with the Atlantic Building
- Processing visitor requests and coordinating planned visits with day‑to‑day operations
- Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information
- Ordering and maintaining general office supplies
- Planning and implementing logistics for internal and external events and meetings
- Maintaining the Boeing area of the facility in excellent condition
- Building strong professional relationships with key people in the wider customer community at RAF Lossiemouth
Basic Qualifications
- Fluent written and spoken English
