This role will also involve contributing to the additional site IT requirements and supporting other focals in the training and End User Support Teams.Local to site, you will be involved in system integration activities, hardware and software installation, configuration and disposition of workstations to ensure the we provide our customer the latest material to operate MOD assets. Providing IT consultancy by engaging with the local community, ensuring advice and resolution is based on best practice and in line with the wider Boeing strategy. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for this statement of work ensuring the MOD and upwards of 500 devices are kept compliant.As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring Boeing meets its SLA’s to the MOD and any risks or failures are managed and escalated in a timely fashion. Equally comfortable, confident and professional whether on the end of a phone or ‘hands-on’ at a desk, you will be the sort of individual that takes pride in providing a first-rate service and genuinely enjoys solving IT issues for colleagues at all levels.This is a new capability and will require 2 new administrators geographically dispersed, as a requirement of the role will be the occasional travel with onsite presence at a number of MOD stations across the UK.**This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
