Boeing Defence UK (BDUK) are recruiting for a Manager to lead a team to deliver key proposals, growth and governance across Chinook and Apache programmes. As the Vertical Lift Senior Integration reviews business needs identified by business management Leads development of the programme architecture and top level plans for a programme. Develops programme organizational work structures, top level programme and execution plans. Identifies key programme level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities teams suppliers partners and customers. Maintains exemplary levels of Customer Satisfaction. Continuous Improvement summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources at the business unit level. Project Leadership - Ability to effectively lead execution of a project (e.g., new business proposal) through tailored utilization and integration of Boeing or industry recognized best practices pertaining to Integrated Business Acquisition, Programme Management, Project Management and Supply Chain Management Best Practices.
