We have an exciting opportunity for an intern to join our HR (Human Resources) team. The role will get involved with the majority of the HR scope of work, such as business project work, policy and pay practice revision, and case work, which will introduce you to the Boeing UK business as well as provide a great overview of the generalist sphere of HR.

Position Responsibilities

  • Work with the HR team to deliver project actions, collaborate with varied stakeholders and enable successful business projects across the UK population.
  • Assist and advise managers and employees on multiple people related activities.
  • Take on investigation work to support cases that come into the HR function and support formal hearings as required, with minute taking and process facilitation.
  • Work with the HR team and Total Rewards functions to continue the development and deployment of updated policies and pay practices.
  • Support the development and delivery of manager training.
  • Assist in the collation of data & metrics for the global dashboard.

Basic Qualifications

  • Right to work in UK – we do not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
  • Holds a UK driving licence – ability to travel to sites nationwide is a must, especially during the university careers fairs season, during which there may be a requirement to stay away overnight.
