We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Data Coordinator to join the Boeing Global Services, Commercial Modifications Europe Programme Management team. This multi-skilled team delivers innovative retrofit solutions for in-service Boeing aircraft worldwide, utilizing an EASA certification pathway.
The Data Coordinator will play a key role in the close coordination between project managers, engineering, and suppliers to ensure seamless data exchange and project delivery. This role is responsible for managing the exchange of data between Boeing and our suppliers through Boeing’s proprietary software system, CSDT (Customer Supplier Data Transactions). The role ensures timely and accurate data delivery in line with project schedules defined by project managers leading retrofit projects.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with Programme Management, Engineering, and suppliers to establish detailed data requirements and create delivery schedules within the CSDT system.
- Monitor supplier data submissions to ensure compliance with delivery schedules; communicate any delays or issues promptly.
- Assign and update schedule dates as necessary to reflect project changes.
- Ensure Boeing team responses to data submissions are timely and notify relevant parties of any delays.
- Verify that data received from suppliers meets company standards for format and content before releasing it for Boeing review.
- Assign and adjust resources responsible for data reviews.
- Provide status reports to Project Managers detailing received data, delinquent items, and completed tasks.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by helping to innovate and drive enhancements to data management processes and workflows.
- Experience in a similar data coordination or administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision; self-motivated.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
