The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) Organization is looking for a Flight Test Engineer in Berkeley, MO for the F18 / T7 / F15 flight test programs . Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Entry-Level, Associate, and Mid-Level Flight Test Engineers. Position Responsibilities: Plan, Author, and Coordinate various modifications across different teams and different sites Work and manage different programs concurrently Support the maintenance team with flight preparation sheets as required per maintenance Support distributed test operations as required Plan and coordinate flight test mission requirements with responsible engineers from internal and external customers Develop flight test and mission profiles, develop and publish test plans, create flight test cards, and manage test schedules Identify and coordinate the availability of test ranges and facilities with company and government agencies Establish test planning working groups, plan and conduct flight test readiness reviews, and conduct pre and post-test briefings Conduct ground and flight tests in accordance with established test plans and procedures Participate in post-test data evaluation and problem identification and resolution Prepare and publish test summaries and test reports Leads and prepares for remote site deployments Develops and documents standardized test methods and processes to ensure repeatability and productivity Applies lessons learned to the improvement of test procedures Oversees debriefing of the test team Approves test data prior to delivery to customer Formulates expectations for test data based on historical data Works under minimal direction Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time both domestically and internationally Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Level 3: 3 or more years\’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Level 4: 5 or more years\’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience An active U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
