Job Summary:
The Engineering Operations Coordinator will support the engineering team by managing operations and data analysis tasks. The successful candidate will also provide vital support to Senior Engineering leadership in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support engineering operations by coordinating projects and activities.
- Conduct data analysis using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to generate reports and visualizations.
- Assist in tracking project progress using Excel and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency.
- Support Senior Engineering leadership with day-to-day operations, including arranging meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes of meetings.
- Manage action logs and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely resolution.
