This position is a member of Boeing’s Variable Compensation team within the Global Compensation organization and will contribute to and lead compensation projects to support our incentive plans and annual compensation review.

Location Candidate may be based in one of the following locations:

  • London, UK
  • Amsterdam, Netherlands
  • Brisbane, Australia
  • Melbourne, Australia
  • Brasilia, Brazil
  • San Jose De Campos, Brazil

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise to consult on compensation strategy and design including incentive plans design.
  • Conduct benchmarking; analyze metrics and consult on incentive design (market comparison, cost commitment, and annual spend).
  • Partner with stakeholders to critically evaluate compensation programs, improve business results, and recommend plan revisions.
  • Participate in the design and development of annual incentive plans during Boeing’s annual compensation review.

Basic Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with Human Resources and/or Compensation.
  • Experience with incentive and/or special pay program design.
  • Previous experience developing data analytics methods to solve complex problems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possess one or more of the following certifications: World at Work, SHRM, PHR, or SPHR.
  • Extensive experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in the development, communication, facilitation, or support of compensation or rewards programs.
  • Previous knowledge and/or experience with the Workday HR Management System.
