- Coordinate with engineering and documentation controllers to validate instructions and close‑out actions.
- Track active and applicable Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs) and Special Instructions (SI(T)s) across the fleet.
- Ensure timely scheduling and execution of directives.
- Confirm required documentation, tooling and spares are available before task initiation.
- Monitor life‑limited components and forecast replacement schedules.
- Ensure spares are ordered and available ahead of expiry.
- Plan and coordinate structural maintenance requiring specialist support.
- Participate in maintenance input and coordination meetings to identify and escalate spares or scheduling concerns that may impact task readiness or timelines.
- Act as a central point of contact between engineering teams, supply chain and documentation controllers to ensure consistent communication and alignment.
- Provide clear updates on task progress, spares status and outstanding actions to support informed decision making and efficient workflow coordination.
Task Readiness – Enabling Factors Checklist:
- Spares Availability: all required parts and consumables are available or ordered with sufficient lead time.
