Boeing Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) is seeking a Business Advisor (Experienced, Senior or Lead) to join our team in Gothenburg, Sweden, Crawley, United Kingdom, or Neu-Isenburg, Germany. DAS offers digital solutions across Flight Operations and Flight Deck operations, helping customers operate more efficiently and sustainably. The role involves applying deep subject matter expertise in Flight Operations or Flight Deck domains to improve customer operations and drive account growth through DAS solutions. The candidate should understand aviation customer needs, challenges, and business processes, translating these into effective business solutions. Our Business Consulting Team is global, diverse, and inclusive. The successful candidate will demonstrate agility, strong leadership, excellent program and project management skills, and the ability to simplify complex business landscapes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct operational consulting assessments, benchmarks, scoping studies, and health checks.
- Analyze customer business processes, identify pain points, and propose improvements.
- Document and present assessment findings.
- Demonstrate DAS solutions' capabilities and benefits.
- Leverage DAS solutions to generate insights into customer operations.
Additional Responsibilities for Senior and Lead:
- Lead, plan, and develop client engagements.
- Present findings to senior and executive leaders.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
This position can be based in Gothenburg, Crawley, or Neu-Isenburg with 25-50% travel, including onsite work and flexible hours to accommodate multiple time zones.
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience with Jeppesen Solutions.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Level 3: 3+ years’ related experience, degree in relevant field, understanding of aviation industry, experience in technical pre-sales, and digital transformation support.
- Level 4 (Senior): 5+ years’ experience, similar qualifications, demonstrated customer engagement skills.
- Level 5 (Lead): 9+ years’ experience, leadership in customer-facing roles, extensive industry knowledge.
This is a local hire in Sweden, UK, or Germany, with employment benefits determined locally. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the respective country.
