We are looking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Intern to support our growing portfolio across the UK & Ireland. You will be a key member of the TA team, supporting hiring the best possible talent for the region! You will build and refine talent pools, engage and influence key customers and deliver an outstanding experience to applicants and hiring leaders. This role is onsite, based in Bristol.
Responsibilities:
- Understand business needs, engage with the Business leaders and Hiring Managers to deploy appropriate TA solutions to fulfil requirements.
- Support intake meetings for every requirement.
- Support social media content and posting to help articulate value proposition to external talent.
- Support the candidate experience, maintain engagement throughout the hiring process and beyond.
- Work with managers to determine the best assessment and selection approach for each role, carry out applicant down select, telephone screening, interview co-ordination and testing.
- Support the offer management process.
- Occasionally work out of hours to engage with globally based colleagues and candidates where applicable.
Work Authorisation: This requisition is for a locally hired position in the UK. Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work immediately in the United Kingdom. Boeing will not attempt to obtain Immigration and labour sponsorship for any applicants.
Basic Qualifications:
- Right to work in UK - we do not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
- Holds a UK driving license (ability to travel to sites nationwide is a must, especially during the university careers fairs season, during which there may be a requirement to stay away overnight).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Studying towards a degree within Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
- Understands the importance of, embraces and exceeds performance targets.
- Proactive approach to problem solving ‘Always people first’; focus on candidate experience and delivering an outstanding service.
- Ability to interpret data to inform hiring decisions and sourcing approaches.
- Strong communicator.
- Digital literacy, values technology.
