- Direct project or program management experience in at least one prior role, collaborating across complex cross-functional organizations.
- Prior experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or Distribution.
- Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or equivalent., Bachelor's degree or Post Graduate degree in International Business, Business Management, or related field(s).
- Ability to work across multiple time zones upon request.
- Comfortable with defining and managing business requirements and aligning stakeholders.
- Aerospace and/or Defense industry experience, ideally with a focus on aftermarket activities.
- Program Management Institute (PMI) or similar certification.
- Experience leading or supporting complex organizational change management projects.
- Experience with line-of-business applications such as ERP (S/4Hana), Warehouse Management, Planning and Procurement, and business productivity systems.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams., Education and experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g., Bachelor's) and typically 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of formal education and/or hands-on experience.
