Role Overview
Boeing Commercial Aviation Services Europe Limited is looking for a Technical/Aerospace/Engineering graduate with an aptitude or interest in Technical Illustrations or a person with similar work experience to fulfill the role of Entry level Technical Illustrator within our Maintenance Engineering team. The candidate will have an ability to conceptualize and create both general and detailed illustration views that support a wide variety of technical data products.
Responsibilities
Conducting research and analysis of engineering data, designing changes and other data sources to create Illustrations to a high-quality standard.
Creating isometric, orthographic and perspective illustrations, wiring diagrams, and schematics for technical data products.
Ensuring product compliance with organizational standards and specifications.
Collaborating with other Illustrators and authoring teams to ensure the end product is what is required.
Qualifications
Ability to use the following software: Isodraw, Adobe Illustrator, Autocad, and/or Photoshop, or equivalents (Not Applicable).
Full training in the use of the software and processes required will be given to the selected candidate.
If available - we would like to see some examples of Illustration work from previous roles.
