Boeing Quality & Compliance is seeking to hire Associate Quality System Specialist for the Maintenance Training Team at our Training Campus based in Crawley, UK, to work with our aircraft maintenance training team in support of growing international training requirements. Our team is responsible for the continuing compliance of all maintenance training activities worldwide including both internal and external oversight and has many opportunities for short‑term international travel. Most team members are currently working a hybrid model spending 1–2 days per week in the office with a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Leading quality reviews of regulations and regulatory compliance documents, records, program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development.
- Supporting the quality manager.
- Supporting the application process for regulatory certificates and maintaining approved regulatory certificates.
- Supporting the application of course/curriculum approvals.
- Supporting regulatory approvals for Boeing and Non‑Boeing training sites.
- Supporting audit plans and schedules.
Experience & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience utilizing process improvement and problem‑solving methodologies.
- Ability to travel internationally without restrictions is required.
- 5+ years of experience implementing and/or maintaining quality standards (e.g., ISO9001, Aerospace Standard AS91001).
- 1+ year of experience with Part 147/145 aircraft maintenance operations.
- Working knowledge of EASA, TCCA, or CAAC regulations related to maintenance training.
- Advanced office skills (Excel, Access).
- Experience working with foreign customers and regulatory authorities.
- ASQ, CQA, or other professional quality certifications.
- Six Sigma certification.
