b Overview /b p In this fixed-term role at Boehringer Ingelheims Pirbright site, you will lead deviation investigations, CAPA, and change control to uphold GMP and QMS across production. You will support audits, deliver compliance training, and drive continuous improvement in a regulated biopharmaceutical environment. The role partners with QA and cross-functional teams and requires onsite presence at least three days per week until December 2027. This position offers broad exposure to quality systems, manufacturing, and EHS/biosafety activities. You will contribute to sustaining high standards that support manufacturing excellence. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead deviation, CAPA, and change control activities with timely investigations, root cause identification, and effective corrective actions. /li li Provide compliance support to production teams as an SME on QMS requirements and promote GMP compliance across departments. /li li Identify and implement process improvements through the change control system to improve compliance, efficiency, or operations. /li li Develop and deliver compliance training and supporting documentation to keep personnel trained and audit-ready. /li li Collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams to support audits, respond to compliance inquiries, and maintain controlled documentation. /li li Drive continuous improvement, EHS compliance, and risk management by investigating incidents, performing risk assessments, and delivering actions within target timescales. /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Strong knowledge of GMP, quality systems, investigations, CAPA, and regulatory requirements in a regulated manufacturing environment. /li li Science degree or equivalent experience in aseptic manufacturing preferred. /li li Ability to build relationships with production, QA, and stakeholders to support compliance and operational objectives. /li li Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced setting. /li li Clear written and verbal communication for reports, investigations, and training materials. /li li Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a proactive, accountable approach to continuous improvement and problem solving. /li /ul ul li Relationship-building /li li Clear communication /li li Proactive problem solving /li li GMP /li li QMS /li li CAPA /li /ul
