THE POSITION

We’re seeking a visionary leader to drive strategic marketing initiatives, launch our asset in lung cancer and build a high‑performing marketing team and cross‑functional matrix to shape and execute portfolio and brand strategies, as well as integrated customer plans across our oncology business. This hybrid role is based in Bracknell.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Own the Integrated Customer Plan (ICP) and Launch Readiness Roadmap (LRR), ensuring alignment across medical, market access, and commercial teams.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a talented marketing team, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and growth.
  • Brand Excellence: Lead brand planning and execution, ensuring alignment with global strategy while tailoring to local market needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with NHS stakeholders, external experts, and advocacy groups to shape the healthcare environment.
  • Budget Ownership: Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Delivery: Ensure highly successful launch of assets and build of oncology franchise in UK/IE.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership in pharmaceutical marketing, ideally within oncology or specialty care.
  • Deep understanding of UK healthcare systems and strategic account management.
  • Expertise in multichannel marketing and launch readiness.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a passion for innovation.
  • Willingness and ability to get directly involved and ensure delivery of key outputs.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams and influencing at senior levels.
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Highly competent marketeer with CIM, degree or post‑grad qualifications in marketing.
