At Boehringer Ingelheim, we are passionate about improving the lives of animals and the people who care for them. We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Brand Manager to lead brand development and tactical marketing for the Purevax, Eurican and Pexion brands, within the Pain, Vaccines and CNS franchise. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that support market share, sales, and profitability targets. Working cross-functionally, you’ll ensure that marketing activities are aligned with global strategies and tailored to local market needs. This is a hybrid role offered on a Permanent Contract.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development and implementation of tactical marketing plans and product communications
  • Ensure that the brand strategy and marketing mix are adequately adapted to each sales channel's requirements
  • Collaborate with category and strategic accounts teams to ensure alignment and effective rollout of campaigns
  • Monitor performance, analyse results, and adjust strategies as needed
  • Manage advertising and promotions budgets, evaluating effectiveness and ROI
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Build strong relationships across the business and with key external partners

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong commercial focus and extensive marketing experience
  • Previous veterinary marketing experience is required
  • Proven expertise in brand management and budget ownership
  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills
