We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ILD Medical Educator Team Manager to lead and develop a national team of Medical Educators (MEs). This role is pivotal in implementing ILD Franchise objectives and ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical education that drives sustainable improvements in clinical practice and patient care. Reporting to the Head of Key Accounts UKIE ILD, you will align ME objectives with cross‑functional strategies and foster collaboration across teams. This role is a 24 month FTC.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and manage the Medical Educator team to deliver high‑quality education programs. Drive individual performance and development through feedback, training, and growth opportunities.
- Performance Management: Ensure achievement of qualitative and quantitative KPIs for the ME team. Monitor and optimise omni‑channel engagement to expand reach and impact.
- Educational Strategy & Delivery: Oversee the design and delivery of education programmes that change ILD clinical practice and improve patient care. Continuously evolve ME resources and interventions to meet HCP needs.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Ensure ME integration with local teams.
