What You’ll Do
- Lead and support early-stage design, from site analysis and concept development to planning presentations
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Contribute across all RIBA work stages, with particular emphasis on sustainable design principles
- Develop proposals with a focus on whole-life carbon, circular economy thinking, and urban regeneration
- Work in a highly collaborative environment, balancing creativity with technical delivery
What We’re Looking For
- ARB-registered (Part 3 qualified) Architect
- Experience in housing, residential masterplanning, and mixed-use developments
- Strong conceptual and visual design skills
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for sustainable architecture and commitment to our planet-positive design approach
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and as part of a team
