The Senior Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for leading Bodyset’s brand execution and campaign delivery, ensuring the brand shows up consistently, confidently and credibly across all channels, clinics and partnerships. This role owns the planning and delivery of quarterly brand and business campaigns, working closely with clinical and commercial leadership to bring strategy to life. You will act as the day-to-day guardian of the Bodyset brand, balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on delivery.
Responsibilities
- Brand Campaigns & Content
- Lead quarterly campaign planning and delivery, aligning brand, clinical priorities and cultural moments
- Own campaign timelines, themes and rollout in partnership with senior stakeholders
- Brief copywriters, designers and agencies on campaign messaging and asset creation
- Oversee development of campaign assets across print, digital, social, web and clinic screens
- Deliver campaign toolkits for clinics and partners
- Lead internal and external campaign rollouts, including emails, bulletins and partner communications
- Content, Media & Channels
- Own the always-on organic content plan, balancing brand, business, recruitment and campaign content
- Lead content shoots end to end, including briefing, production and sign-off
- Plan and brief Meta activity and organic promotion with agency partners
- Manage blogs, case studies, social posting and partner tagging
- Oversee digital screen advertising and YouTube uploads
- Support local and national advertising where budget allows
- Brand Operations & Clinic Support
- Support clinic openings, relocations and closures, ensuring brand and marketing setup is delivered smoothly
- Own LinkedIn recruitment marketing and EVP storytelling
- Maintain campaign and POS guidelines
- Oversee Yext listings and local digital presence (with scope to improve maturity over time)
- Brand Governance & Development
- Act as brand guardian across all internal and external communications
- Manage key brand suppliers and agencies, with light budget and invoice oversight
- Lead updates to POS, uniforms and event materials
- Complete and maintain Bodyset Brand Guidelines
- Provide proactive brand direction, including focus areas such as RunFit and Women’s Health
- Oversee clinic spaces from a brand perspective, identifying opportunities to improve consistency and impact
- Internal Communications & Community
- Own the company bulletin, Team Q&As and internal brand storytelling
- Deliver Quarterly and Annual Awards, including voting, artwork, prizes and communications
- Support employer brand activity including Life As a Bodysetter content and recruitment campaigns
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in brand or campaign marketing
- Proven ability to deliver multi-channel campaigns end to end
- Excellent briefing, organisation and stakeholder management skills
- Confident working with agencies and suppliers
- Experience in healthcare, fitness or multi-site environments
- Strong understanding of content-led and partnership marketing
