Reporting to the Head of Clinical Operations, you will be an integral part of the Clinical Management Team at Bodyset and act as an ambassador for the Company. You will be accountable for daily operations and service delivery for the clinic, ensuring quality outcomes and financial performance. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will provide the highest standard of care to a self-pay and private medical insured patient caseload, delivering against established clinical pathways from initial triage to discharge. You will drive team performance and productivity through direct line management of practitioners and support staff, while maintaining standards locally in line with company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clinical caseload (approximately 85-90%)
  • Manage clinic performance and optimisation
  • Increase revenue by engaging in service channels, partnerships and networking
  • Ensure team compliance with Bodyset policies, procedures, guidelines and regulations, and prepare the clinic for audit year-round
  • Strive to continually improve clinic standards
  • Be first point of contact for clinical complaints or issues
  • Ensure product delivery and customer experience is consistent
  • Ensure adherence to local health and safety regulations
  • Ensure all technical equipment is maintained and operational
  • Monitor stock usage and levels to keep sites well supplied
  • Provide professional supervision and guidance to site staff, monitoring and evaluating performance
  • Proficiency in managing budgets
