Job Description Join us as a Store Manager at our North London store earning a base salary of £35,000 per annum with an uncapped discretionary bonus scheme from day one. \n We are also offering the Store Manager… \n \n 40 hours per week includes a paid 30-minute lunch break each day. \n 5 days a week on a rolling rota. Being a retail sales role, the successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends and bank holidays. \n \n Two-week rolling rota pattern: \n Week 1 \n Monday - Wednesday - 09:30 - 18:00 \n Thursday - Friday - Non-Working Days \n Saturday - 09:00 - 17:00 \n Sunday - 11:00 - 16:00 \n Week 2 \n Monday - Friday - 09:30 - 18:00 \n Saturday - Sunday - Non-Working Days \n \n Store and individual incentive bonuses will form a significant part of the Store Manager's income (expected to be circa £5-8K+ pa on top of basic salary). \n Pension scheme. \n Holiday entitlement is 29 days per annum (including statutory bank holidays). \n Personal use of in-store equipment after hours. \n Generous staff discount (following probation). \n Full product training and induction. \n Free on-site car parking. \n \n Role Responsibilities \n We are looking for a Store Manager at Fitness Superstore who will: \n \n Provide an unsurpassed in-store experience for our customers. \n Sell high-quality fitness equipment face-to-face and over the phone and Live Chat. \n Achieve sales targets by analysing customer needs and making informed product recommendations. \n Ensure the store maximises profitability and meet sales targets and KPI's, taking full accountability. \n Manage and motivate a team to achieve continuous increases in sales and efficiency. \n Deal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff and conducting performance reviews. \n Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met. \n \n Your Skills and Experience \n \n At least 3 years management and sales experience. \n A proven ability to deliver targets and drive sales growth. \Outgoing with great sales and management skills?
