What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering an exceptional in-store experience for every customer
  • Selling premium fitness equipment in person, over the phone and via Live Chat
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending the right products
  • Demonstrating equipment and explaining product features and apps
  • Working 30 hours per week (Thurs-Sun, including Bank Holidays), with overtime available to cover holidays and sickness

What you'll bring:

  • A confident, proactive approach to customer interaction
  • Previous sales experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and numeracy skills
  • The ability to upsell, cross-sell and guide customers through the full sales journey
  • Motivation to hit targets and earn monthly bonuses
  • A genuine interest in fitness and helping people choose the right equipment
