At Fitness Superstore, we’re looking for a confident, energetic Multi-Site Sales Advisor to represent our brand across several of our key stores primarily Newcastle, Sheffield, Manchester, and Northampton as well as pop-up shops and trade shows. You’ll be the face of our business, helping customers choose the right fitness equipment to transform their goals into reality. This is a role for someone who loves variety, enjoys travelling, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across multiple locations.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing a first-class in-store experience for every customer
  • Selling premium fitness equipment face-to-face, over the phone, and via Live Chat
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending the right products
  • Demonstrating equipment and explaining features clearly and confidently
  • Working 40 hours per week across 5 days (rota and store locations provided monthly)
  • Supporting stores across England when required, including some weekends and Bank Holidays
  • Travelling regularly as part of your role
