What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing an outstanding in-store experience
  • Selling premium fitness equipment in person, over the phone, and via Live Chat
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending the right products
  • Demonstrating equipment and explaining product features and apps
  • Working closely with customer service and operations to ensure smooth solutions
  • Bringing fresh ideas and creative thinking to the team
  • Working 30 hours per week (Thurs to Sun, including all Bank Holidays) with overtime available

What We're Looking For

  • A confident, proactive approach to a fast-paced environment
  • At least 12 months of sales experience
  • Strong upselling and cross-selling skills
  • Motivation to hit targets and earn monthly bonuses
  • A natural ability to connect with people and deliver great service
  • Good numeracy and excellent communication skills
