What you'll be doing:
- Delivering an exceptional in-store experience for every customer
- Selling premium fitness equipment in person, over the phone and via Live Chat
- Understanding customer needs and recommending the right products
- Demonstrating equipment and explaining product features and apps
- Working 30 hours per week (Thurs-Sun, including Bank Holidays), with overtime available to cover holidays and sickness
What you'll bring:
- A confident, proactive approach to customer interaction
- Previous sales experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and numeracy skills
- The ability to upsell, cross-sell and guide customers through the full sales journey
- Motivation to hit targets and earn monthly bonuses
