    • Support cost optimisation across ingredients, packaging, fulfilment and wider operations.
    • Negotiate with suppliers and operational partners to improve commercial outcomes.
    • Feed operational insight into wider business decisions and scalability.
    • Help future-proof operational systems, infrastructure and ways of working as the business grows.
  • Compliance, Quality & Site Operations
    • Support operational compliance across the production facility and wider business.
    • Help maintain standards and audit readiness across SALSA, Soil Association Organic and health & safety requirements.
    • Oversee SOPs, compliance documentation and operational procedures.
    • Support risk assessments, site processes and continuous improvement across operational best practice.
  • Systems, Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Build and improve reporting around stock, forecasting, fulfilment and operational KPIs.
    • Maintain accurate operational and inventory data across systems.
    • Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance and customer experience teams to support wider business growth.
    • Operationally lead new product launches, ensuring timelines and stock readiness.
  • Leadership & Team Management
    • Work closely alongside Chris, Brand Owner, helping shape and scale the operational side of the business.
    • Manage and support a small on-site production and fulfilment team of 4–6 people, which will grow at pace with the business.
    • Help build a positive, efficient and accountable operational culture across the team.
    • Lead by example with a hands-on, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
