Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and commercially-minded Head of Operations Manager to oversee the daily management and smooth running of our four busy clinics. Reporting directly to the Clinic Director, you will line manage our Clinic Managers and Administration team, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, operational efficiency and financial performance across every site.

Primary Objectives - What Success Looks Like

  • Growth: Deliver year-on-year revenue growth towards stated targets.
  • Regulatory Leadership: Lead our pending CQC registration to success.
  • Operational & Clinical Excellence: Run four clinics that patients return to.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations across all four clinic locations.
  • Financial Oversight: Develop, monitor and manage clinic budgets.
  • Staff Management: Directly manage Clinic Managers and the Admin team.
  • Strategic Planning & Development: Design and implement strategies to grow revenue.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Set and monitor KPIs for operations, patient satisfaction, financial performance and staff productivity.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing multi-site healthcare or physiotherapy clinic operations.
  • Demonstrable track record of driving year-on-year revenue growth.
  • Experience of CQC registration and/or maintaining CQC compliance.
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, financial reporting and cost management.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Background in physiotherapy or healthcare management.
  • Experience implementing and managing clinical software systems.
  • Experience launching new services within a growing group.
