We are seeking friendly, enthusiastic soft tissue therapists, sports massage therapists, or sports therapists to join Bodyhealththerapies in East London, with clinics in South Woodford and Leytonstone. The role involves working on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. The ideal candidates will be passionate about helping clients, providing high standards of treatment and service, and eager to learn and grow with our business.
Our clinics have a diverse client base, including athletes, endurance runners, couch to 5K participants, park runners, triathletes, and clients with medical conditions or work-related pain. The therapist should be capable of applying appropriate treatments for this clientele.
Requirements
- Friendly, reliable, and dedicated
- Good communication skills and well-mannered
- Desirable but not essential: 1 year of clinic experience as a Massage/Sports Massage Therapist/Sports Therapist
- Training provided for the right candidate
- Qualified at Level 4/5 or Level 3 with good experience
- Hold own insurance
- Membership of a governing body (FHT, ISRM, SMA, etc.) is preferred
- Ability to provide varied soft tissue therapies including deep tissue, sports massage, pregnancy and post-natal massage (if qualified), kinesiology taping (preferred)
- Authorized to work in the UK permanently
- Proficient in English
- Availability to work a minimum of 8-18 hours per week, including weekends
