The Role: As a Coating Technician, you’ll operate advanced spray‑booth technology, programming CNC or robotic manipulation equipment to deliver high‑quality coatings every time. You’ll take ownership of process control, component preparation, and quality checks. Your work will directly impact production performance, customer satisfaction, and the overall quality of finished components.
