We are looking to recruit an Administrator to cover a wide range of general administration tasks and ensure they are undertaken accurately and in a timely manner. You will also assist in all departments (Q/A, Production) as and when required. This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months (maternity leave cover). Main responsibilities: Ensure all administration tasks are undertaken in line with Bodycote procedures Communicate and liaise effectively with colleagues to ensure the ongoing smooth running of the business Diligently follow Bodycote procedures on the movement of international goods and liaise with key contacts to ensure correct procedures are followed and errors/omissions are rectified in a timely manner Assist with the maintenance and reporting out of quality, environmental and safety systems and accreditations Assist with reporting as needed Support internal and external auditing processes Answer incoming telephone calls responding to customer requests or transferring calls as appropriate Undertake job invoicing on a daily basis to ensure invoices are sent to customers with minimum delay Maintain all commercial filing systems to allow easy recovery of documents Collate and report employee wages information as required by Bodycote Systems Liaise with customers and Bodycote’s accounts department in relation to customer credit control issues Liaise with customers for progressing of customer work on site Maintain purchase order records in line with site and Bodycote requirements Respond to all administration queries as they arise Maintain stationery stock and place orders for other items (including external transport) when requested Processing of works orders (booking in and booking out) and data entry Qualifications, experience and skills: Excellent organisational and communication skills Good attention to detail and accurate working Experience with ERP systems Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience in a similar role SAP experience beneficial Salary / package: Competitive salary Pension – match contribution from 4% – 10% Life Assurance – 2 x annual salary Employee assistance program including wellbeing app Free parking on all sites Free refreshments provided An entitlement to full pay whilst off sick for a limited number of days (in addition to your statutory sick pay entitlement) 25 days holiday plus national holidays How to apply: Send your CV with salary expectation using the contact options above.
