Hybrid Fitness Coach & Sales role at BODY20 Newtown. A high-energy, people-focused Fitness & Membership Specialist who blends personalized coaching with membership growth, driving member success and studio performance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized EMS training sessions
- Conduct InBody evaluations and track member progress
- Educate members on proper form, technique, and BODY20 technology
- Create a motivating, supportive, and safe training environment
- Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment readiness
- Participate in ongoing training and team development
- Build strong relationships with members and prospective clients
- Support membership sales through consultations, follow-ups, and exceptional service
- Participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand
- Assist with onboarding new members and ensuring a smooth start-up experience
- Collaborate with the team to meet studio goals and deliver best-in-class service
Requirements
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others succeed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Energetic, personable, and comfortable engaging with new people
- Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to take 1–2 BODY20 sessions per week to authentically represent the workout
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- CPR/AED certification (preferred)
- 1–3 years of personal training or fitness coaching experience (preferred)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, move, and demonstrate exercises throughout shifts
- Assist members with EMS suits and equipment
- Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
