Join to apply for the Remote Art Curator & Sales – Luxury Women’s Photography role at Body & Soul Studios. At Body & Soul, we create luxury intimate portrait experiences for everyday women – most of whom have never done a shoot before. By the time a guest meets you, she’s already had her session, felt the transformation, and is seeing her images for the first time on Zoom. We’ve already guided over 1,900 guests through this experience. For many, it’s been the most important, confidence‑shifting thing they did that year – from getting dream jobs to leaving unfulfilling relationships, to finally traveling the world solo – all after seeing themselves through new eyes. This is the power of Intimate Portraiture. As our remote Art Curator, you’ll be a direct source of that change every single day – not just “selling photos,” but helping guests choose artwork that changes how they see themselves for life.
Your Mission: Help guests make clear, confident decisions about artwork that reflects how they now see themselves – and lead those decisions into clean, joyful payments on a single Zoom call.
What You Will Do:
- Run 3–4 pre‑booked Zoom reveal sessions per day with guests who have already completed their shoot (no cold calling, no prospecting).
- Guide each guest through her gallery, help her narrow down favourites, and design artwork collections and wall pieces that fit her space, style and budget.
- Confidently present pricing, explain our collections and payment options, and take payment on the call using our proven structure.
- Use our call framework, scripts and tools while still bringing your own warmth and personality.
- Capture clear notes in our system so production, framing and delivery teams can fulfil flawlessly.
- Manage focused follow‑up for guests who genuinely need to confirm details with a partner or adjust an order, within clear guardrails (no endless chasing).
- Participate in regular call reviews and coaching to keep improving your communication and results.
- Collaborate with photographers, Guest Experience and ops so the whole journey feels seamless for the guest.
How We’ll Know You’re Winning:
- Most of your reveals end in a clear, confident “yes” or “no” and a completed artwork order, not vague maybes.
- Your average artwork order sits around £2,000+ with many guests happily investing £3,000–£4,000+.
- You consistently meet or exceed your monthly artwork revenue targets while protecting guest experience and boundaries.
- Guests leave calls feeling seen, respected and excited – not pressured, shamed or confused.
- You’re a calm, grounding presence on emotional calls, even when money, body image or relationships come up.
Compensation & Earnings:
- Base salary: around £28,000 per year (paid monthly).
- Typical artwork orders currently range from ~£2,000–£4,000+.
- Realistic total earnings for consistent performers: ~£70,000–£85,000 per year (base + commission).
- Top performers, running a fuller calendar and maintaining strong average order values, can earn up to ~£110,000–£115,000 per year at current pricing.
- Your income grows directly with your results.
This Role Is For You If…
- You see sales as service: helping guests make clear decisions that honour both their finances and their transformation, not arm‑twisting them into the biggest package.
- You’re comfortable talking about money calmly and directly, including asking for several thousand pounds on a single call.
- You genuinely care about women feeling powerful in their own skin and can hold emotional space without losing commercial clarity.
- You like following a proven process, being coached, and being held to clear standards and targets.
- You’re happy working some evenings and regular weekends to match when guests are available.
- You’re self‑managed in a remote setting: you show up prepared, on time, every day, without someone looking over your shoulder.
- You’re looking for a primary home to go all‑in on, not just another offer to plug into your calendar.
This Role Is Not For You If…
- You feel uncomfortable being seen as ‘the salesperson’ and you avoid direct conversations about money, commitment or boundaries.
- You want cosy, open‑ended “coaching” conversations more than structured calls with a clear decision and next step.
- You need strict 9–5 weekdays only.
- You’re looking for a side gig while you build your own coaching/creative business.
- You see every call as a ‘win at all costs’ competition rather than a space for calm, grounded decisions.
- You resist feedback on your calls or don’t want your performance tied to outcomes.
- You’re juggling multiple high‑ticket closing gigs and just want to ‘plug in’ here for extra commission.
Requirements:
- You have 1+ years of higher‑investment, consultative B2C sales experience (e.g. luxury services, premium memberships, jewellery, interiors, art, coaching, or similar).
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and listening skills.
- Clear, confident spoken English and professional communication.
- A quiet, private workspace suitable for sensitive video calls.
- Stable internet (50 Mbps+ up/down).
- UK working rights and ability to work UK‑aligned hours, including some evenings/weekends.
Training, Growth & Culture:
- Structured onboarding with call shadowing, scripts, objection handling and product training.
- Ongoing call reviews, coaching and development from a high‑performing, heart‑led sales team.
- Clear scorecards so you always know where you stand and what to improve.
- Female‑founded company with a mission‑driven brand guests are proud to invest in.
- Museum‑quality, handcrafted artwork that genuinely matches the investment you’re asking for.
