Role focus
Your days involve engaging with women who have booked a call to learn about our luxury portrait sessions, sharing our mission and the opportunity, and guiding them to book their own experience. This role is one of the most important at Body & Soul. You are the change-maker and the catalyst for confidence.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from interested women with compelling stories who want to buy
- Manage a high-volume environment (approximately 15–20 calls per day) with high rewards
- Avoid cold calling
- Help clients feel the impact of choosing to pursue their portrait experience
Compensation and earnings
Generous base pay. Commission uncapped. OTE: £33,000–£40,000/year.
Requirements
- 1+ years of high-ticket B2C sales experience (preferably in luxury markets)
- PC or laptop with Windows 10+, 8 GB RAM, and 256 GB storage
- Internet speeds of at least 50 Mbps upload and download
- Exceptional emotional intelligence
- Relationship-driven sales approach
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new skills
