We are a luxury, women's intimate portrait studio in East London. We help everyday women transform how they see themselves through powerful portrait experiences and artwork they keep for life. We have already guided more than 1,900 women through this journey. For many, it has been the most important, confidence-shifting thing they did that year. We are now building our flagship London studio into a machine so we can scale it globally, while protecting the standard that makes the work special.
If you believe in high standards, hard work, and helping others win, you will feel at home here.
The Role
As our Studio Photographer, you own the shoot floor. You run three intimate portrait sessions each day, directing everyday women with calm confidence so they leave feeling genuinely seen. Your work feeds directly into artwork our clients treasure for life and the confidence shift that comes with it.
Who This Is For
- You are a strong studio photographer who can hold a safe, grounded emotional space while you work.
- You are extremely hard working and thrive on consistent, high-intensity days rather than sporadic creative bursts.
- You love directing real women — not models — and you are patient, warm, and clear doing it.
- You are emotionally mature and low-ego: you can stay calm, read the room, and you care about the guest's experience and the team result above everything else.
- You want clear standards, honest feedback, and a place where great work is noticed and rewarded.
What We Offer You
- No sales... no editing... just running 3 powerful shoots a day, every day.
- Structured 90-day ramp with close coaching and clear milestones, so you are set up to succeed from day one.
- Ongoing craft development through weekly gallery reviews, 1-1s, and calibration sessions.
- Performance-based career growth — the best get promoted as we scale to new locations.
- A tight, all-female studio floor team that genuinely wants you to win.
What We Expect From You
- Run your scheduled intimate portrait sessions each day, starting and ending on time.
- Direct and pose everyday women with calm, grounded leadership so they feel safe and supported throughout.
- Keep sets, wardrobe, gear, and the studio floor immaculate every shift.
- Log clear notes after every guest so the rest of the team can do their best work downstream.
- Participate in daily floor huddles and communicate actively with your HMUA and Studio Manager.
- Engage fully in ongoing training: implement feedback, attend gallery reviews, and develop your craft weekly.
- Be a team player who makes the people around you better.
Results
- Run 3 high-touch emotional sessions per day to our timing, gallery, and guest-experience standards.
- Maintain gallery quality that consistently gives each guest plenty of strong, saleable images to build artwork they are proud to live with.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in studio photography or weddings. Ideally in intimate, boudoir, or luxury portrait environments.
- Confident directing and posing non-models with empathy and emotional presence.
- Strong technical skills across exposure, focus, composition, and studio lighting.
- Excellent time management — you can run emotionally intense back-to-back sessions without rushing the guest.
- Open to learning and following a proven process before suggesting changes to it.
Location
East London studio, in-person only.
Compensation
Monthly performance bonus once fully ramped, based on timing, gallery quality, and guest scores. On-target earnings: £48,000–£55,000, with additional upside for consistently exceptional performance. Strong performers typically earn in the top end of this range.
