We’re a luxury, women’s intimate portrait studio in East London. We help everyday women transform how they see themselves through powerful portrait experiences and artwork they keep for life. We’ve already guided more than 1,900 women through this journey. For many, it’s been the most important, confidence‑shifting thing they did that year.
Studio Vision
We are building a house of world‑class women’s portrait artists. Women join us as photographers, learn a proven craft, and grow into creative leaders. We promote from within. You have to master one seat before you can move to the next. As we scale, our seniors and leads will come from the women shooting with us today. If you care about beauty, excellence, and helping other women see themselves differently, this is where you come to grow.
Who This Is For
You are a strong studio or wedding photographer (2+ years) who can hold a calm, grounded space while you work. You want to make a real difference in women’s lives. You are extremely hard working. You are looking for growth. You naturally prefer afternoon–evening hours and still have energy to lead emotional sessions at 8–9 pm.
What We Offer You
A pure craft role: No sales. No editing. Your job is running three powerful shoots a day, every day. Structured 90‑day ramp: Close coaching, clear milestones, and a simple scorecard so you know exactly what “good” looks like. Ongoing development: Weekly gallery reviews, 1‑1s, and calibration sessions to refine your eye and your presence. Performance‑based career growth: All photographers start in our junior band on £36,000 base. Hit clear quality and guest‑experience standards and you progress to core photographer at £40,000+ base and up to £48,000 OTE in your first year. As we grow, seniors and leads earn £45,000–£60,000 OTE. An all‑female floor team: Stylists, photographers, and leaders who genuinely want you to win.
Responsibilities
High work ethic (long days and regular weekends). Direct and pose everyday women with calm, grounded leadership so they feel safe, supported, and genuinely seen. Keep sets, wardrobe, gear, and the studio floor immaculate every shift. Log clear notes after every guest so the rest of the team can do their best work downstream. Engage fully in training: implement feedback, attend gallery reviews, and develop your craft weekly. Be a team player who makes the people around you better.
Results
Run 3 high‑touch emotional sessions per day to our timing, gallery, and guest‑experience standards. Maintain gallery quality that gives each guest plenty of strong, saleable images to build artwork they’re proud to live with. Keep your guest scores at or above studio baseline, with minimal re‑shoots and clean file hygiene.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in studio photography or weddings, ideally in intimate, boudoir, or luxury portrait environments. Confident directing and posing non‑models with empathy and emotional presence. Strong technical skills across exposure, focus, composition, and studio lighting. Excellent time management: able to run emotionally intense back‑to‑back sessions without rushing the guest. Able to reliably work fixed 8‑hour afternoon–evening shifts within a 1 pm–10 pm band, five days per week including most weekends. Open to learning and following a proven process before suggesting changes to it.
Location
East London studio, in‑person only. Full‑time, afternoon–evening shifts, five days per week including most weekends.
Compensation
Starting band: Junior Photographer (all new hires start here while you learn our style and systems). Base salary: £36,000. On‑target earnings year 1: £40,000–£48,000 OTE (base salary plus quarterly performance bonus based on guest feedback, image quality, and reliability). Progression: Once you consistently hit our Core Photographer standards, your base rises to £40,000+ and your bonus potential increases. Our top performers then grow into Senior and Lead bands on £45,000–£60,000 OTE as the studio scales.
