ABOUT US

We are a charity dedicated to ending suicide, with love.

For over 30 years we have developed a therapeutic community model that combines gold-standard therapeutic approaches with leading trauma-informed practice. We work with people and communities most at risk of suicide, including racialised communities, LGBTQI+ populations and neurodivergent people.

At a time when mental ill health continues to rise, we believe people deserve more than crisis intervention alone. Our work focuses on helping people get well and stay well through connection, belonging and long-term recovery.
