Your role in a nutshell: To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. To demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.

We take the time to learn our customers’ needs and recommend products that make them feel good. Our products are packed with natural ingredients, many of which are sourced ethically via Community Trade programmes, helping communities build a better life. As part of our dedicated team of Consultants you will offer expert advice to customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy.
