Delivery: Retail-related beauty expertise at management level is desirable. You will be able to control and meet sales and performance targets with outstanding planning and organising skills. Strong stock management, change monitoring and the ability to use data provided to make sound commercial decisions are essential to drive sales and people performance. Full knowledge of the beauty market, competitors and a passion for our products is required.
Teamwork and People Management: Our people are at the heart of everything we do. You should be able to lead and work as part of a team, communicate effectively, and manage the store and its customers. The role models flexibility and responsibility and is capable of attracting and retaining people who reflect the brand. Identify high potential and develop current team members to a high standard.
