Your role in a nutshell: As part of our dedicated team of consultants you will offer advice to our customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy. You will learn the products, their origins and proactively engage with customers to help them experience a range that suits their preferences and lifestyle.

- Learn and understand our products – natural ingredients sourced ethically through Community Trade programmes. We sell more than a routine; we help build better lives for communities.
- Learn our customer's needs and recommend any of our 2,000 vegetarian/vegan products that will delight them.
- Support the store management team in driving sales and profit through exceptional customer service.
