Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking coach to deliver barbell-based strength training to our clients. You don’t need a university degree, but experience working one-to-one with clients is essential. We provide all the necessary training to ensure you meet our coaching standards, but you must have a Level 3 Personal Training qualification as a minimum requirement.
What You Need:
Level 3 Personal Training qualification (required)
Experience working one-to-one with clients
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Passion for barbell strength training and coaching
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to coach and motivate a wide range of clients
Employment Details:
This is a fully self-employed role , offering you the freedom and flexibility to build your own client base. While you will initially start without an established client base, we provide full support to help you grow a sustainable income. Through our marketing resources, brand visibility, and business development guidance, you will have the tools to attract clients. We also encourage our coaches to be proactive in networking and growing their own client base for long-term success.
As part of this role, new coaches will be required to deliver 2-5 group classes per week , including basic circuit training and stretch classes. These classes provide an immediate and stable opportunity for income while building a personal client base.
