At Body & Soul, we’re a luxury, women's intimate portrait studio in East London. We help everyday women transform how they see themselves through powerful portrait experiences and artwork they keep for life. We’ve already guided more than 1,900 women through this journey. For many, it’s been the most important, confidence‑shifting thing they did that year. We’re now building our flagship London studio into a machine so we can scale it, while protecting the standard that makes the work special.

Sales Team Vision

We are building leaders. We’re looking for reps who want to come in, prove themselves, sharpen real sales skills, and move fast in their career as we grow. We aim to promote from within. As we add more capacity and locations, the top performers in this seat will be first in line for senior closer and sales leadership opportunities.

What we expect from youResponsibilities
  • High work ethic (5 days / week, including regular evenings and weekends)
  • Run 20–25 minute phone consults with women who’ve enquired
  • Follow our proven sales process and scripts
  • Take payment on the call and get sessions in the diary
  • Work warm leads (no‑shows, “thinking about it,” past enquiries) when your calendar is light
  • Manage your pipeline and follow up properly
  • Do the basic admin needed for clean hand‑offs
  • Be a team player
Results
  • Once ramped: 8–12 high‑intent consults per day
  • Average 3–5 paid sessions per day
  • Maintain 40%+ call close rate
  • Hit or exceed monthly paid‑session targets
Requirements
  • 6+ months experience in a phone‑based sales role (SDR/BDR, B2C, or similar) OR you’ve sold products/services for your own business
  • Self‑sufficient and able to properly manage your own time in a remote setting
  • Open to learning and following new sales processes
  • Exceptional over the phone (this is a requirement)
  • Excellent communication skills and clear spoken English
Location

Remote, UK‑aligned hours (or very close) 5 days per week, including regular evenings / weekends

Compensation

£24,000 base salary + uncapped commission OTE £50,000–£70,000+. Our back‑end reveal closers earn £100,000+. Top performing sales reps are eligible for promotion.
