We aim to strengthen and grow our commitment to make Bodies Under Construction “the clinic” that gives its patients the best overall experience they’ve ever had with any healthcare provider. We have manned receptions, private treatment rooms. A fully equipped clinical Pilates and Rehab area. The person in this position we are recruiting for will play a massive role in our Patient experience and will have the relevant clinical skills and track record in Private Practice to match. There are excellent opportunities for training, development and mentorship in both Pilates and clinical practice. We are looking for someone who is not looking for a job but is looking for an opportunity to develop their skillset in both clinical practice and as a manager and be a part of something exciting and willing to work hard to make it happen. The Position: We’re looking for a Dynamic Physiotherapist and Clinic Manager with previous Private Practice experience to match. Qualifications in Women’s/Men\’s Health( Or an interest for further study), Acupuncture, Taping and Pilates (Mat and Equipment) would be advantageous, although training will be provided for exceptional candidates. We would also like to hear from less experienced Physio’s, those who show a flare for management or who would be keen to progress this area of their skillset. Interested? This is a Full Time Employed Position. Applicants are required to work Monday-Friday shift rota pattern between 8am – 8pm · Applicants must ideally live close or within easy commute to where we are located in Windsor. SL4 1RU · Hours: 37.5 hours per week · Expected start date: July/August 2025, but this is negotiable dependant on current commitments · Salary: Negotiable based on skills and relevant experience in management, Starting at 40k pa up to 50k and an additional 10% bonus for OTE · Benefits: Pension, Paid leave 20 days per annum plus bank holidays. Paid training and development plan over 1 year in return for a longer term commitment to the company · Pilates Matwork and Equipment certification. · Training in foundation Acupuncture · Structured training on the business of Private Physiotherapy. This would include Marketing, Sales, Consumer Behaviour/Psychology and Case Management · Supervision and in-house mentorship by senior Physio’s on the team if required HCPC and CSP Registration Required Right to work in the UK required.
